This is a glimpse at the “velvet pad”, a note book of sorts containing mostly finished ideas- a few hair ornaments, 2 brooches (bottom center), earrings, hairpins, & the most beautiful bracelet I can’t seem to wrap up. Knowing it needs something else it will wait along with it’s even more unfinished & un shown sister necklace for final details to be worked out. These velvet pads sit in various spots throughout the studio & contain unfinished & finished work & sometimes just ideas. I thought this one was particularly pretty & wanted to share it.
Who will wear the beautiful chandelier earrings in the upper left corner? Probably me for now. I just won’t be able to help myself! I’ll let you now when they go up online. If you haven’t guessed by now we’re overhauling the jewelry section- out with the old & in with the new, sophisticated & beautiful!

Most custom pieces are out the door before we have time to photograph them, but I couldn’t let this one slip by! Especially because I LOVE it so much that it will be added as a piece in the permanent collection.
