When looking at the Oh Joy blog I frequently find things that I just love and must have. I love the items she features- clothing, art, ceramics, design. Today I found these lovely photos of magnolias imposed on illustrations by Kari Herer. I popped right over and purchased one as a Mother’s Day gift. A group of them framed would make a unique and treasured wedding gift as well…
I was over on the Design*Sponge blog having my daily look at all there is to be inspired by when I saw this print in a post about Katrina Andersson’s home. It’s by Bread + Butter and I just love it…I think it would make a lovely wedding gift.

A Perfect Silhouette
Thursday, August 13th, 2009I love the graphic shape a silhouette creates and fell in love with these whimsical versions by BlueClara. I especially love the thick ornate frame and deep pink background and the super cute ponytail of the first silhouette. I want to have one made of my son and another made of me sporting a hair ornament. Perfect right?! What a perfect gift this would make for my nieces as well. Oooo, I’m excited!
